Before working with Natalie, our foster dog struggled with being over excited and excessive barking. The training plan was very easy, clear and she explained everything in detail to make it make sense. I love Natalie’s ability to make everything so clear and her problem solver personality. She makes you feel like you got this and you’ll succeed together. We now have a more optimistic and calmer dog generally.​

Natalie is that perfect mix of brains and wits, she is so knowledgeable on the topic but also makes it fun. She’ll laugh with you about mishaps and congratulate you on your wins. She really has a knack for asking thoughtful questions that get to the heart of the struggle (and dreams) you have with your dog. Natalie approached Hear No Evil – Australian Deaf Dog Rescue a while ago offering her services to our deaf dogs in care. Her positive only training methods are in line with the values of the rescue and since coming on board as a volunteer she has become an invaluable member of our training team. The dogs that come through our rescue are deaf and often have behavioural issues. Natalie works through these issues with the foster carers and adopters in a calm, confident and enthusiastic manner which yields results. The fact that she has a deaf dog of her own gives her greater understanding of our dogs in care.

Natalie is one of the most inspiring trainers one can dream of working with. She helped us on many occasions with extremely complicated cases. The best mentor, the kindest person and the amount of dedication to problem solving is out of this world. I couldn’t be more grateful that she’s always so happy to share information, so happy to make sure no stone is left unturned.
